Work on the Palazzo activities in terms of expense reports and accounting, manage cost charts, raise PO, process invoices and payments. Prepre and manage temporary staff contracts and calculate staff working hours.

Monitore payments.

Organize model casting.

Work in strict cooperation with the showroom supervisor.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and maintain financial reports of all showroom expenses Fill out the budget/forecast template for finance Calculate the temp staff working hours, check invoices and raise PO Prepare and manage contracts for temp sales assistants Coordinate the outside vendors, manage orders and give billing information Organize model casting Liaise with the Legal office to confirm contracts for rent of locations, model images rights, sales assistants contracts, etc Buying Experience, Skills & Knowledge Minimum 4 years experience in showroom & accounting Accounting organizational skills Very good english written and spoken Very good knowledge of excel Problem solving skills Strong work ethic Flexibility Team working Positive attitude Showroom Coordinator
