Showroom Coordinator

Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure an effective running of the showroom activities
- To Participate, coordinate and supervise the sales campaigns for all divisions/lines
- Contact person for customers, external partners and employees in the Showroom
- Managing Milan's yearly market/event calendar
- Budget planning for the Showroom
- Coordination of caterers and service helps linked to the showroom and market campaigns
- Booking of models in alignment with divisional heads
- To support the AEs, Divisional Directors, VPs and President in their walk-throughs and market appointments
- Coordination of all Showroom activities and making sure that standards and looks are in place
- Coordination of technical works for temporary staff (small reparations, IT-issues, orders of bureau equipment, etc.
)
- Systematic help during market preparation and installation/de-installation of samples for all MK divisions
- Coordination of sample shipments for all divisions and check-lists
- To cover temporary lunch breaks or potential absences of the Office coordinator based in the same building
- Responsibility of updating calendar entries during markets periods base on changes
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- College degree
- 2-3 years in retail/sales environment & wholesale experience
- Computer literate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, energetic, eager to learn
- Team player
- Languages: bilingual (English & Italian)
