Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)

On behalf of our Client, leading french luxury brand, the oldest crystal manufacturer:

tableware, decorative items, lighting pieces, we are looking for Showroom Manager.

The person will work in close collaboration with the internal and external actors (agents in charge of A&D and resellers) of the organization, be responsible for business objectives, customer satisfaction, merchandising excellence and operating inventory.

Main Responsibilities

Establish a high-level relationship with the Agents in charge of the local distribution network andsupport them in the presentation to the Professionals;

Prepare and deliver sales presentations for in-showroom meetings with local and/or international architects and designers accompanied or not by the Agent/ Sales Team member in charge;

Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with top interior designers and architects as well as with actors of the industry or any influencer;

Provide information to A&Ds and end customers and lease with the person in charge (give feedback);

Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports with thoughtful analyses and recommendations, follow up on the projects/ requests.

Brand Development:

Work as a brand ambassador in the market attending trade events and maintaining relationships with industry professionals;

Prepare and host showroom events, insuring proper operational organization (incl Press events) in collaboration with Department concerned (Communication or Operational Marketing);

Manage daily showroom operations, facilities, supplies, inventory etc;

Follow up on Press and A&D loans;

Maintain a clear and effective store organization in both the front and back of house.

Profilo

Have university Degree, in Interior Design or Architecture;

Have previous background experience in project business in an Interior design showroom (2-5 years);

Be fluent in Italian and English; ability to speak a third language will be added advantage Artistic sensitivity,

interest in "Arts de la Maison", design;

Self-Motivating and able to work independently.

Position is based Milan.
