To reinforce the Showroom team, we are looking for a Sales Manager, who will be responsible to manage a very business sensitive Italian clients cluster.

Main Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Italy Country Manager, he/she will:

Collaborate with Brand Managers to implement Brand strategies for assigned Brand's portfolio.

Createprospects related to business goals and manage seasonal budget for Italian market.

Manage account portfolio and sales targets.

Manage Sell-In activities and order book related to assigned markets and brands.

Keep fruitful relations with clients and research of new potentials;

Collaborate with Marketing department to set-up trade marketing activities to reach the best balance between brands representativeness, attraction, storytelling and markets performances (sell-thru).

Key features:

Good knowledge and passion for fashion and streetwear Industry.

Excellent ITALIAN Wholesale fashion market knowledge (physical and digital players).

Strong team management skills.

Strong focus on business results.

**Qualifications**:

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the role, or similar

Fluency in English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (data manipulation, analysis and presentations).

Ability to Travel - domestically (50%) and Internationally (5%) of the time.

The role is Full Time, permanent and will be based in Milan.
