Sic Academy – Smart Infrastructure Specialist, Roccarainola

Overview: Autostrade per l'Italia has organized the fourth edition of SIC Academy (Smart Infrastructures and Construction Academy)!
A significant part of the initiative will take place at the Federico II University of Naples, consisting of advanced training activities in the field of infrastructures related to the road system (such as bridges, viaducts, tunnels, etc.
), combining advanced concepts of civil engineering, management engineering, construction engineering, construction services, and Industry 4. 0 (smart infrastructures).
Employment and Recruitment: Students admitted to SIC Academy will sign an indefinite-term contract for administration purposes with one of the companies of the Autostrade per l'Italia Group for the duration of the Academy training (6 months) through an external partner on the first day of the Academy.
The company will provide housing solutions during the 6 months for participants residing more than 100 km from the San Giovanni a Teduccio Campus.
Participants who successfully pass the intermediate test will receive a commitment letter for employment with an apprenticeship contract (duration 24 months) in one of the companies of the Autostrade per l'Italia Group located nationwide, effective from the conclusion of the Academy.
Attendance: Attendance is mandatory for at least 90% of the total scheduled hours (in-person).
Failure to attend more than 10% of the total training hours will result in automatic exclusion from the course.
In case of insufficient attendance, poor performance, or inappropriate behavior, the participant may be excluded from continuing the SIC Academy activities.
Cost: Participation in the course is free as the costs for its implementation are entirely borne by the various involved partners.
