Position Overview Ideal candidates should have recognized experience (5+ years of experience) in the SiC Power device development, qualification, and industrialization.

The ability to drive product and technology development while managing technical teams and collaborating with Manufacturing and Product groups is essential.

Main Accountabilities: Development of Advanced Power MOS technology through all stages (specification definition, development, qualification, and industrialization) Define device architecture and process requirements through TCAD and competitive analysis Support the definition of Technology roadmap to maintain a dominant position in the served applications market Technical Know-how: Silicon Carbide power technology SiC Power device architecture Power applications requirements SiC power device main failure mechanisms TCAD main tools (Synopsis, SILVACO, etc. )
