Join us and start the future Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate should have recognized experience (5 years) in SiC Power device development, qualification, and industrialization. Ability to drive product and technology development managing technical teams and to work in collaboration with Manufacturing and Product groups. Main Accountabilities: Development of Advanced Power MOS technology through all the cycle (specification definition, development, qualification, and industrialization) Define device architecture and process requirements through TCAD and competition analysis Support the definition of Technology roadmap to keep a dominant position in the served applications market Technical Know-how: Silicon Carbide power technology SiC Power device architecture Power applications requirements SiC power device main failure mechanisms TCAD main tools (Synopsis, SILVACO, …) Basic know-how of process flow and package technology We encourage candidates who may not meet every single requirement to apply, as we appreciate diverse perspectives and provide opportunities for growth and learning.
