**About the role

Product Technology Organisation (PTO) plays a crucial role, to secure state-of-the-art key technical competencies serving the purposes of the whole Company Value Chain.

The Simulation Competence Center team, within PTO, is looking for a dynamic, intellectually curious, team-oriented and pro-active individual to lead thermoflow CFD simulation.

In this central function, you will be part of a team that drives the digital transformation by developing, structuring and integrating the use of simulations in Electrolux product creation process to develop best product at faster pace, more efficiently and committed to quality.

**What will you do

The Simulation Thermoflow CFD Lead will be driving global, cross-product CXareas and cross-function initiatives.

The key objectives are developing the most advanced and effective thermo-flow CFD technologies and methodologies, securing systematic adoption of validated thermo-flow CFD test methods and growing the best competence of thermo-flow simulation CFD within Electrolux simulation community.

As an expert, you will be the competence leader for Electrolux simulation community for Thermoflow CFD Simulation, leading by example and encouraging a feedback culture.

In detail you will:

- own CFD technology radar, set-up TRM (Technology Road Map) and ensure technology capability development at the best ROI

- lead systematic adoption of most advanced CFD methods in product innovation process (specification, guidelines, training)

- coordinate external partnerships in the field of CFD simulation: quality assurance, projects and resources management

- create, validate and use of thermoflow analysis models (fast, accurate, reliable and affordable) in product development.

Some key focus areas will be on humidity air management, cooking cleaning drying, particles flows

- Test and contribute to adopting SPDM (Simulation Product Data Management) on thermo-flow analysis models (PLM, DOE, optimization and statistical analysis)

- Closely interact within PTO Simulation Competence Center team and Electrolux Simulation community to ensure a seamless and integrated delivery of project portfolio and overall simulation strategy.

Ensure communication and alignment at all levels.

**Experiences & Qualifications

- MSc in thermoflow engineering.

PhD is an appreciated plus.

->10years of demonstrated experience in managing complex technology development projects in R&D environment.

- Deep knowledge of simulation tools technologies, market and its evolution (eg: Siemens-Simcenter STAR-CCM+, Altair-Hyperworks, 3DS-3D experience, Ansys, ESI, Comsol, others)

- CAD, PLM and SPDM kwnoledge and reated tools (eg: 3DS CatiA, Siemens TeamCenter, 3DS 3DX-PLTF, Siemens HEEDS, ESTECO Modefrontier)

- A desire to develop and grow within the organization, and an interest in technology, communication and people

- Fluent English.

You communicate clearly and persuasively, confidently partnering with stakeholders at all levels in the company.
