Simulia Sales Expert
We are looking for a brillian Sales Expert for SIMULIA solutions based in our international office of Milan. She/He performs end-to-end customer engagements (indirect and direct channel) from OPEN lead to CLOSE, compliant with the 3DS Sales process referential and deliver revenue plan.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sell assigned SIMULIA solutions within a defined territory
- Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes (Finance, Legal), government and local regulations, policies and ethical standards.
- Define a successful sales strategy to hit revenue target and sustain growth objectives leveraging sales initiatives defined by Brands among others
- Generate growth, in assigned territory according to sourcing built on Industry Market Analysis
Effectively communicate the SIMULIA solution value and technology; via presentation, demonstrations and technical proof of concepts.
- Transform Marketing and Sales leads into Opportunities
- Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business for 3DS
- Contribute to best practices based on Lessons Learned (including Root Cause Analysis, Analytics, Loss reviews)
**Qualifications
- Master in Engineering or related fields
- Previous experience in sales role in enterprise company
- Knowledge of the SIMULIA suite of simulation tools is considered a plus
- Experience capturing simulation methods and/or processes within Process Integration Design Optimization tools (Isight, ModelCenter, ModeFrontier, etc ) and/or collaborative enterprise environments
- Ability to effectively develop and deliver complex solutions and demonstrations to existing and potential customers
- Ability to build an account strategy and to implement sales strategies
- Fluency in English and Italian is a must
