Sisal Deployment Manager
Client International is looking for a Workday Deployment Manager. The Deployment Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful end-to-end deployment of Workday HR solution into the Sisal brand using a structured project methodology and deliverables (e. g. charter, project/staffing plan, financial commitments, issue logs, etc. ). The Deployment Manager will work with global and local HR teams to define requirements, review designs, manage e2e project plan, and resolve issues that stand in the way of project success. The Deployment Manager is needed to provide implementation, business process, and HCM product expertise to this engagement, and be the key liaison between the business and the deployment teams. Role Overview As the Workday Deployment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful deployment of Workday at Client. Your primary objective is to ensure seamless coordination and execution of all HR aspects of the implementation, from stakeholder alignment to phased roll-out and post-implementation support. By serving as the central point of contact between key stakeholders, including the HR Product Owner, Technology Team Leader, People Change & Transformation Team, HRLT, and broader HR community, you will facilitate informed decision making, effective communication, and alignment of deliverables across all HR workstreams. With your strong project management skills and Workday knowledge, you will help lead our organization through a successful transition to Workday, driving adoption, optimizing HR processes, and ultimately contributing to the achievement of our business objectives. Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between various key stakeholders. Ensure decisions, deliverables, and timelines are synchronized across all HR workstreams in alignment with program principles. Provide updates and facilitate decision making with the HRLT and broader HR community. Communicate decisions impacting HR processes and change management efforts. Solicit feedback and input to inform decision making. Collaborate in the development and documentation of SOPs and process maps. Participate in working sessions to map out future state processes ensuring accuracy, completeness, and usability for end users. Coordinate and plan for phased launches in alignment with existing HR processes. Work closely with IT, HR product owner, and COE leaders to prioritize and sequence the delivery of modules within Workday in alignment with business requirements. Collaborate with the change management team and provide input for the training materials and resources for end users for each release. Ensure effective communication and roadshow are part of implementation plan to ensure 95% Workday adoption by end of the project. Ensure special attention to manager persona to drive 75% manager self-serve. Support post-implementation support (hyper-care) to all users following each release. Coordinate with the broader team to help troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements. Project manage and collaborate with the PMO to ensure HR deliverables & decisions are on track in alignment with overall project plan timelines. Proactively identify potential risks and issues from an HR perspective that may impact the successful delivery. Develop risk mitigation plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Additional Responsibilities Ensure the project is properly planned and has appropriate and sufficient business representation. Develop expertise in the Client's Implementation Methodology and use it on this engagement. Skills and Knowledge Required Must be fluent in Italian / Romanian. Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and organizational change management principles. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to execute plans, manage timelines, and mitigate risks. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate & influence stakeholders at all levels without authority. Preferred At least 2 years' experience in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) projects (or 2 end-to-end Workday solution deployments).
