**Summary

As Site Assistant you'll have the chance to work closely with Medolla's Plant Manager and support him, the Senior Leadership team and the various functions based in the Plant in different activities, contributing to the smooth functioning of the business.

This is a temporary position.

**Essential duties and responsibilities

- Support to Plant Manager and Senior Leadership Team

- Business visits/meetings/events organization

- Site Newsletter update

- Purchase order management

- Travel management

- Mobile phone management

- Town hall support and follow up

- Cafeteria & Food delivery service management

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or Degree

- Fluent knowledge of English (written and spoken)

- Previous experience as site assistant, office manager, executive assistant or similar roles (better if in a multinational and complex environment)

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
