**Summary

Working as Site Assistant you'll have the possibility to work closely with Valtellina's Plant Manager and other members of the Senior Leadership Team, supporting Plant activities and contributing to the smooth functioning of the business.

This is a temporary position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Plant Manager's activities (Scheduling meetings, managing documentation and travels, arranging events, producing reports and presentations )

- Support Plant activities (taking minutes, collecting information and data for business meetings )

- Manage internal communication

- Collaborate with other dept and colleagues on initiatives about engagement, well-being, continuous improvement

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or Degree

- Good knowledge of English

- Previous experience in similar role or in administrative/back office/support activities could be a plus

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
