Recruitment Assistant | BBA in Business Administration We are seeking a highly skilled Site Civil Engineer to oversee construction activities at Aviano Air Base in Italy.

The ideal candidate will supervise the construction process, manage construction teams, ensure quality and quantity standards are met, maintain project schedules, and effectively coordinate with the main contractor on-site.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise all civil engineering aspects of the construction project in compliance with ANSI standards.

Manage and coordinate construction teams, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely.

Monitor and maintain the quality and quantity of work performed, ensuring adherence to project specifications.

Develop and maintain the construction schedule, identifying and mitigating potential delays.

Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and industry best practices.

Foster a professional and collaborative relationship with the main contractor and other key stakeholders on-site.

Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports to assess project status and adherence to design plans.

Address and resolve any engineering challenges that arise during the construction phase.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Provide technical guidance and support to site personnel as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in site civil engineering, preferably in military or infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of ANSI standards and international construction regulations.

Proven experience in construction supervision, shell construction, team management, and contractor coordination.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with contractors.

Proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools.

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Ability to work on-site at Aviano Air Base for the duration of the project.
