The role :Prepare study-specific Clinical Trial Agreements templates with investigators and institutionsNegotiate budget costs and contract language with the appropriate party at the sitesWork with sponsor in cases where budget exceptions present themselvesLiaise with SSU Legal to resolve individual contract language regarding issues that fall outside the allowable contract termsMaintain status tracking tool for individual sites for each studyMaintain open communication and participate in regular meetings / teleconferences with SponsorTo be successful in the role, you will have :BA / BS with 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical clinical research sectorPrevious experience with site contract and budget negotiation is mandatoryGood communication skills are mandatoryDemonstrated understanding and competency in a computer environmentDemonstrated ability to be customer-oriented to the investigator and site personnel in order to achieve high customer satisfaction levelsDemonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasksDemonstrated ability to attend to detail, think logically and critically evaluate and solve problemsDemonstrated ability to work with multiple study sites in several therapeutic areasWhat is Offered :This is an exceptional opportunity within a global organisation that offers rewarding careers.
