About this role

TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full-service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.

The **Site Coordinator** is responsible for supporting investigational site operations to ensure clinical studies are conducted efficiently and with high-quality standards. You will work under the supervision of the Principal Investigator, contributing to patient recruitment, data entry, and overall study execution.

As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical/biotech company that is an industry leader in clinical research and drug development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry and resolve queries to maintain high-quality study data.

- Assist with patient recruitment and schedule patient visits.

- Support the Principal Investigator with Ethics Committee submissions.

- Maintain and update the Investigator Site File and study documentation.

- Manage study drug accountability and dispensing logs.

- Attend monitoring visits, audits, and inspections as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience (relevant experience acceptable if focused on data entry tasks).

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

- Strong adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in **Italian** and English, both written and verbal communication.

- Willingness to travel as required for the role.
