Job Description We are looking for a Site HR Manager for our Aprilia site. Main Responsibilities: Defining and implementing the site's HR policy in alignment with the Group's strategic directions while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Ensuring a continuous match between staffing needs and available resources. Promoting team motivation and commitment to the company's and Group's objectives. Your Responsibilities: Managing recruitment, personnel administration, and disciplinary actions in compliance with the internal rules of the Trèves Group and the site. Developing and overseeing the annual and multi-year training plans in line with the Group's strategy. Being responsible for financial commitments related to human resources, in accordance with the delegated authority. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding hygiene, safety, environmental protection, and labor laws. Taking immediate action, including stopping production if necessary, in case of incidents or emergencies that threaten people's safety or the environment. Managing a Payroll Officer. Labor Relations & Legal Aspects: Organizing and facilitating relations with employee representative bodies. Leading social negotiations while respecting the Group's and site's directives as well as local labor laws. Acting as the main point of contact for social organizations and labor inspection authorities. Ensuring legality, consistency, and fairness in HR management (payroll, disciplinary actions, working time management, etc. ). Continuously adapting human resources to the site's operational needs. Your Profile: A higher education degree in Human Resources, with at least 7 years of experience as an HR Manager, ideally in the industrial sector. Excellent listening skills, commitment, hands-on approach, and the ability to give meaning to drive change. Autonomy and strong organizational skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
