Our Santena plant is part of Valeo Brain Business Group and the Interior eXperience Product Group, using its knowledge of sensing, processing, and connectivity solutions (from short-range to long-range) to create intuitive and immersive mobility experiences for users.

Responsibilities: Implementation of human resource management policies and strategies; Supporting Managers and Employees across the business in all HR matters; Driving employee engagement programs; Keeping HRIS system up to date; Coordination of HR projects for specified areas of activity; Headcount management with the Heads of the Departments; Management of well-being initiatives; Define training priorities and implement training plans; Follow-up of employee management KPIs.
