FM Ingegneria is looking for a Site Inspector and Assistant to HS during Construction to be employed at a construction site located in the south area of Ancona. The activities under his/her responsibility will be the following:Site office management;Construction accounting;Administrative activities;Countering contractor reserves;Coordination in the preparation of variance reports;Maintenance of the construction logbook;Participation in site meetings with related reporting;Assisting with site tests and inspections;On-site inspections of works and work in progress;Any other activities to assist the Construction Management office;Coordination of variant projects during construction requested by the Client and assistance in drafting variant reports;Assistance to HS during Construction. The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a focus on Structures;Proven site experience of at least 5 years;Good knowledge of English;Residence in Ancona or nearby;Registration in the Order of Engineers;This announcement is intended for both sexes, people of all ages and nationalities.
