Our Pianezza plant is part of our Visibility Systems Business Group in charge of developing and manufacturing Lighting Products and Electronics.

As a Site Management Controller in Valeo Pianezza, you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful carmaker companies in electronics development, working in an international and multicultural environment.
Mission: Organize and supervise the management control team at the entity level with the support of the Site Financial Controller.
Focus on control of industrial costs, standard & budget, supply chain costs, improvement plans, inventories, and site investments.
Coordinate the preparation and analysis of several reports and documents, such as daily and weekly indicators follow-up, monthly green book, budget, and middle-term plan.
Contribute to understanding and validating the financial performance and ensure reliability of financial statements (MAF/IFRS rules compliance).
Provide management control support for the site.
Manage the activity of the controlling department to improve performance, efficiency, and profitability while adhering to local laws and Group Valeo standards.
Alert the Financial Controller immediately in case of any significant risk for the company and/or its employees.
Supervise the preparation of elements for reporting and budget, providing analysis of monthly results to management by monitoring financial performance and KPIs.
Ensure accuracy of management control and costing information in the ERP system of the site.
Ensure reliability of site gross margin and below gross margin expenses during the closing process.
Promote, explain, and control the Internal Control framework within the perimeter.
Monitor and drive Internal Control improvement plans to mitigate risks.
Propose solutions for litigations between sites, product lines, and product groups.
Achieve on-site management control reviews.
Review and pre-validate IAR/CAA.
Coordinate the analysis on Transfer price regulation.
Contribute to Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting the code of Ethics and Valeo's policies.
People Management: Support in the training and career development of controlling staff.
Create a proactive team within the perimeter and help identify high potentials.
Desired Skills and Experience: Economics or Management degree (Mandatory).
Experience: more than 3 years in similar roles.
Previous successful experience in audit/controlling with people management, complemented by operational experience in Finance.
Good experience in finance & audit to manage different topics.
SAP knowledge.
Strong communication skills, target-oriented, decision-making, and ability to work under pressure.
