National HQ: Milan Employees: +600 Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coordinating construction activities, managing teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Oversee all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.

Site Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage the work of subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to contractual obligations.

Progress Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports for the project team and client, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in maritime projects.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
