Main responsibilities:Site Management: Oversee all on-site activities, including construction, installation, and maintenance of solar power infrastructure. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of on-site personnel, including construction workers, subcontractors, and other support staff. Safety Compliance: Ensure that safety protocols and guidelines are strictly adhered to, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel. Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality construction standards, ensuring that the project meets design specifications and industry best practices. Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and resolve any on-site issues promptly. Resource Management: Manage site resources, including equipment, materials, and manpower, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Progress Reporting: Regularly report on project progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management. Budget Management: Assist in monitoring and controlling project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets. Environmental Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities comply with environmental regulations and sustainable practices. The successful profile:Professional level of English language. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering studies, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience in site management or construction management, with a focus on solar power or renewable energy projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of professionals and labourers. MS Office (command of Excel and Project) and AutoCAD. Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainable construction practices is a plus. Additional Requirements:Ready to travel frequently. Willingness to work in an outdoor construction environment in Italy. Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
