Job Description Enfinity Global is currently looking for a Site Manager for the Construction department, who will report to the Construction Manager of the designated Region. This role is responsible for ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget. The Site Manager monitors and directs contractor activities from start to finish and oversees various contractors and subcontractors from site preparation to foundation. This new resource will maintain close contact with clients throughout the project's life cycle, accompany clients during site visits, and answer questions or concerns about the project's progress. They are responsible for following site safety protocols daily during their site visits and ensuring contractors and crew work in a safe environment and adhere to the rules. Key Responsibilities EPC contract management and on-site operations, review of project submittals for quality assurance, technical accuracy, schedule, etc. Site management under construction, assuring that the project is completed within time and budget. Supervision and oversight of the project direction, ensuring that Enfinity Global's specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress, and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs. Coordination and supervision of construction workers. Ensure construction and site safety, as well as preparation of site reports, designs, and safety/quality control reports. Ensure project compliance with Companies Social Responsibility, Quality, Environmental, and Safety standards, practices, and internal codes. Support all close-out documentation to the Asset Management team at the completion of the projects. Support the Asset Management team during the warranty period. Qualifications Engineering degree (preferable). Proven experience (7-10 years) in managing site operations and power plant sites under construction. In-depth knowledge of construction regulations and practices in Italy. Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Problem-solving skills; high ability to work under pressure. Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
