Your role at HZI directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond. .

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the construction of anaerobic digestion projects, ensuring that customer specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and working with subcontractors to monitor costs.

- Verifies compliance of materials delivered to site, collecting bills of lading and forwarding to logistics.

- Coordinates and supervises construction workers

- Oversees site safety as the responsible person reporting to management

- Plans and supervises installation activities carried out by subcontractors or in-house personnel to ensure proper installation and adherence to schedules defined in the job order schedule.

**Qualifications**:

Your experiences

- Mechanical /Electrical Diploma or equivalent

- Minimum 3 years of experience as Site Manager for construction projects

- Experienced in the co-ordination of contracts and subcontractors

- Knowledge of Italian construction and safety regulations

- Fluent English
