Site Manager | Utility-Scale Solar | Bicinicco, Italy€50, 000 to €60, 000 + Benefits. We're recruiting experienced Site Managers across Italy to execute utility-scale solar construction projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the leading IPP's in Europe, contributing to a pipeline of over 3. 5GW.

With projects up to 100MW in size, we are interested in hearing from engineers with experience leading photovoltaic construction sites who want the challenge of managing some of Italy's most ambitious renewable energy projects. . As Site Manager, you will:Analyse and control the project scope, engineering drawings, purchase orders and subcontract requisitions. Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure schedules and budgets are adhered to. Oversee subcontractors' installation work with site engineers, ensuring design accuracy and quality. Liaise with suppliers and the Procurement department for material deliveries. Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan and Quality Control Procedures. Ensure proper procedures and reporting for damages or accidents in collaboration with the HSE department. . Key Skills:Experience in utility-scale solar power plants. A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); MS Project is a plus. Excellent Italian and English Language skills. Flexibility to relocate and work onsite 5 days a week. . Benefits:Competitive Salary between €50, 000 and €60, 000.
