We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our M Renewables team in Italyfor the construction of utility-scale solar projects. Your role will encompass: studies deeply project SOW including engineering drawings, BOM, material purchase orders and subcontract requisitionsreports project progress to the Project Manageroversees, with the help of site engineers, subcontractors's installation worksreports daily about the material received onsiteliaise, in collaboration with Procurement and Logistics departments, with suppliers to arrange the material deliveriesmonitors compliance with Melen Energy Metals technical requirements and all the applicable norms and standardsmanage the site facilities from a technical and administrative point of view.

Rent offices, provide the necessary utilities (water, electricity, internet), organize cleaning activities stipulating contract with local suppliersliaise with DL and CSE where necessarybe nominated as safety responsible of the site ("preposto alla sicurezza")What you bring to the role:minimum 5 years working experience as site manager within constructionUniversity Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Civil Engineering is a plusexcellent use of Microsoft Office and AUTOCADleadership and negotiation skillsattention to detailswillingness to relocate fluent knowledge of Italian and EnglishYour benefits:attractive remuneration package friendly and professional working environementcontinuos trainingcooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt a flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increase productivity
