Manage site maintenance, repairing, troubleshooting activities appropriately.

Connect to cross functional department to ensure all service activities are executed efficiently, in a timely manner.

Ensure that service dept.

processes are established concerning all service work & to improve operational quality & efficiency of the service department.

Manpower tracking - presence and absence

Customer Signoff for spares for AMC and Damage consumption

Morning & evening group meting with HZL & BP

Monthly operation review meeting with HZL

Operations meeting with fleet owners, floor owners and reliability

Reconciliation of machine running hours, nfw hours and availability

Ensure zero penalty/financial obligati

Increasing the customer satisfaction level

Monitor desired availability of the machine through DSR & Monthly report

Ensure timely sign off of monthly availability report, and PI to raise invoice

Should meet HEMM maintenance head, contract manager daily & discuss about the progress & planning with them & have signed MOM.

Weekly meeting with site team to understanding the support required & also discuss about company goals ,

Monitoring spare parts stock and plan for necessary action.

Update site activities to operations manager on daily basis.
