We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our M Renewables team in Italy for the construction of utility-scale solar projects. Your Role Will Encompass: Studying project SOW including engineering drawings, BOM, material purchase orders, and subcontract requisitions.

Reporting project progress to the Project Manager.

Overseeing, with the help of site engineers, subcontractors' installation works.

Reporting daily about the material received onsite.

Liaising, in collaboration with Procurement and Logistics departments, with suppliers to arrange material deliveries.

Monitoring compliance with Metlen Energy & Metals' technical requirements and all applicable norms and standards.

Managing site facilities from a technical and administrative point of view, including renting offices, providing necessary utilities (water, electricity, internet), and organizing cleaning activities with local suppliers.

Liaising with DL and CSE where necessary.

Being nominated as the safety responsible of the site ("preposto alla sicurezza").

What You Bring To The Role: Minimum 5 years working experience as a site manager within construction.

University Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Civil Engineering is a plus.

Excellent use of Microsoft Office and AUTOCAD.

Leadership and negotiation skills.

Attention to detail.

Willingness to relocate.

Fluent knowledge of Italian and English.
