Leading installation and maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations. As Field Service Engineer - Site Manager, you will be responsible for:Driving project development, being the reference for Customer and Company on relevant strategy/decision makingLeading / providing operational framework for activities to teams and skilled labor, ensuring safety, compliance and qualityPreparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teamsEnsuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed and completed according to company standardsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have an Engineering degree or High School Diploma with relevant work experienceDemonstrate good working knowledge of Control Systems for rotating equipment installation and maintenance with DLN/DLE mapping experienceTechnical awareness of Gas Turbines or Centrifugal Compressors or Reciprocating Compressors or Steam Turbines and their auxiliariesDisplay a strong customer service-orientation mindset, experienced leading customers through tough decisionsBe skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understandingEU Passport or European Work permit requiredWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
