In order to expand the business in Italy we are looking for a brilliant

SITE MANAGER FOTOVOLTAICO Posizione: Supervise all on-site operations, from initial activities to full plant commissioning, including establishing controls for traffic, material storage, subcontractor facilities, and site security. Interface with the Client's Representative and subcontractor site managers for organizational, technical, and qualitative aspects. Manage subcontractors involved in civil, mechanical, and electrical construction on both LV and MV sides, as well as grid connection works. Oversee daily subcontractor management, including on-site personnel, material inventory, equipment, schedules, progress, and site liquidity under the Project Manager's supervision. Monitor work progress, verify compliance with schedules, identify deviations, and report progress regularly. Collaborate with Purchasing and Logistics for logistics management, customs clearance, and material delivery planning, including document management. Check materials upon delivery, ensuring consistency with purchases. Coordinate on-site team members for QA/QC process implementation. Supervise plant commissioning activities in compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards. Attend on-site meetings with the Project Manager, customer representative, construction manager, and H&S inspector. Prepare a list of project obstacles and plan execution. After completion of the northern portfolio pv plants, shall support the o&m department in managing the plant under operation. Requisiti: Technical education with a degree in industrial, civil, or mechanical engineering. Bachelor's degree in engineering is a plus. 3+ years of experience as a Site Manager in utility-scale photovoltaic system construction. Knowledge of relevant CEI/CEI EN regulations. MV work experience. Excellent knowledge of electromechanical components, communication protocols, and monitoring systems. Familiarity with H&S standards. Strong organization skills in on-site documentation management. Proficient in Office, Autocad, and design tools such as MS Project. PREPOSTO/PES/PEI qualification in compliance with Italian H&S legislation is a plus. Good communication in both written and oral English.
