Fives Intralogistics SPA, a multinational leader in the design, implementation, startup, and assistance of systems and machines for automatic handling and sorting in the courier, postal, distribution, and e-commerce markets, is looking for a:

Site ManagerThe Site Manager will be responsible for managing the construction site for the implementation of automation systems, ensuring compliance with costs, timelines, and project quality, as well as site safety.

In particular, the Site Manager will carry out the following activities:

Examine the Client's Safety and Coordination Plan or substitute documentation before going to the site, contributing to the preparation of technical and organizational documentation;Perform necessary activities for site opening regarding safety and operability;Coordinate internal and external personnel assigned to installation;Control and record daily site activities, formalizing any non-conformities and change requests that arise during installation;Assume the role of safety supervisor at assigned sites;Participate in coordination meetings with the client, keeping the competent Project Manager informed;At the end of the work, deliver site documentation and assess the performance of external installation companies that operated at the client's site. Requirements: Degree in engineering or high school diploma;Experience of at least 3/4 years in managing international construction sites;Customer satisfaction orientation and achievement of assigned objectives;Teamwork propensity;Strong relational and resource management skills;Availability for long periods of travel abroad;Knowledge of the English language.
