Your objectives The PV site manager will oversee all on-site civil construction and building activities at the solar PV park in Italy, including the supervision of the evacuation line and connected step-up to the Italian MV/HV grid. Your responsibilities: Supervision of the PV projects from RTB to COD; Supervision of the grid connection process and related interaction with the TSO and DNO; Liaising all resources of the assigned project (EPC company, Work Director, CSE, RL, client representative) to control, report project status and monitor that the project meets the requirements and planned standards (technical, quality, HSE, risks, cost, and timeline); Support the client to manage the EPC Contracts; Manage relationships with the stakeholders of the projects (Authorities, Townhalls, landowners, REE, etc. ) to obtain smooth process over necessary permits to connect the plant; Provide support to our technical department to optimize the layout and specifications of the plants, and ensure that the progress of the work complies with these requirements and standards; Identify, implement, and monitor improvement and/or corrective actions throughout project management (risks, schedule, scope, cost, quality and safety); Permanent and direct communication and report to upper management (internal Head of construction management and the project manager of the client); Lead and report weekly on-site meetings with the stakeholders of the project (EPC Contractor, Engineering, etc. ) with particular focus on tasks progress, milestones, risks, action plans and contractual issues; Provide Construction expertise and ability to solve unexpected technical and commercial difficulties. Your qualifications: University Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Energy Engineering or similar; Between 2-5 years of experience, with a track record as Construction, Site or Project Manager in Energy projects (ideally in PV Plants and Interconnection Facilities); Familiarity with MS Office, CAD and MS project; Have a detailed understanding of current Italian construction regulations; Travel availability within Italy; Local knowledge combined with the experience of an international work environment; Italian native, high level of English are necessary (other languages are a plus). What we consider a PLUS Knowledge of Italian PV and Agri PV projects permitting processes and familiarity with AU decrees; Knowledge of the Italian grid connection code both MV and HV and related procedure.
