**_Entegris is seeking an energetic, innovative and experienced Manufacturing Site Leader with proven success leading a multi_

- **_Execute the cross divisional operational strategy, ensuring long term optimal capacity and world class performance_**:
- **_Cultivate a culture of commitment to safety excellence, while ensuring responsible and disciplined operations within the plant, ensuring compliance with legal and environmental safety standards _**:
- **_Lead the overall site operations team to delivery key annual performance metrics and initiatives to meet safety, quality, throughput, delivery and financial commitments_**:
- **_Manage and develop a high performing operations leadership team. _**:
- **_Work effectively and collaboratively across functions locally and globally, to ensure optimal customer supply, product performance and financial results_**:
- **_Support new product transitions and ramps and manage the associated advanced manufacturing and automated process control systems, to ensure statistically capable products_**:
- **_Build a culture of operational excellence using Lean, TOC and Six Sigma tools and methodologies to create and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, including the demonstrated use of SPC tools and processes_
What are the Position Specific Competencies?

- **_Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Operations Management with an advanced degree in Business or Management preferred_**:
- **_15+ years manufacturing or operations experience, with continuously increasing responsibility and oversight; international experience a plus_**:
- **_Manufacturing experience with both continuous and discrete processes; high mix and low volume, high volume and low mix products; hazardous and dangerous raw materials and products; new product ramps_**:
- **_Collaborative leader who solicits ideas from groups beyond own area; considers impact of decisions on other functions/regions. _**:
- **_Creative problem solver encourages appropriate risk taking by team.
Leads with tenacity and humility.
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred. _**:
- **_Customer centric - takes personal ownership for customer related issues and effectively guides teams on appropriate resolution_**:
- **_Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin capabilities_**:
- **_Project management experience leading capacity expansion investments_**:
- **_Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred_**:
- **_Knowledge of the polymeric material_**_s_**_ / life sciences / advanced manufacturing industry is a plus_
