The position

As a Site Project Coordinator, you will contribute to day to day organizational and administrative tasks, supporting site projects and leading individuals in their role, by acting as a participant in projects, facilitating and contributing to meetings, activities, and planning workshops.

Your responsibilities will include:

Drive specific internal plans and manage projects with external vendors. Facilitate planning workshops and project boards. Participate in management meetings and drive the agenda and oversee communication and coordination between projects. Support PC, PMO, and project teams with ad hoc tasks. Develop project boards and project follow-up models. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A technical or business Bachelor's degree, or similar. Practical knowledge of English and Italian – both oral and in writing. Experience, preferably with project management. Extroverted, investigative, systematic, and analytical nature. Ability to thrive on a busy and changing workday. About the department
