The positionAs a Site Project Coordinator, you will contribute to day-to-day organizational and administrative tasks, supporting site projects and leading individuals in their role, by acting as a participant in projects, facilitating and contributing to meetings, activities, and planning workshops. Your responsibilities will include:Drive specific internal plans and manage projects with external vendors. Facilitate planning workshops and project boards. Participate in management meetings and drive the agenda, overseeing communication and coordination between projects. Support PC, PMO, and project teams with ad hoc tasks. Develop project boards and project follow-up models. QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have:A technical or business Bachelor's degree, or similar. Practical knowledge of English and Italian – both oral and in writing. Experience, preferably with project management. Extroverted, investigative, systematic, and analytical nature. Ability to thrive on a busy and changing workday. Good communication skills. The Fill & Finish Expansions area is responsible for facilitating a global collaboration around designing, planning, and building major Fill & Finish Expansion projects across Product Supply to meet the needs of millions of patients.
