Job Description: Jobtech , an entirely digital recruitment agency, is looking for a Site Project Engineer for a historic and structured company specialized in the Oil & Gas sector.
The candidate will be involved in an important plant project located in Kazakhstan (Caspian Sea coast) , with an estimated project duration of 15/18 months, after which the candidate will be permanently placed at the technical office in Assago (MI).
Reporting to the Project Manager, the candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating feasibility studies (FEED Front End Engineering Design) and preliminary design.
Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for:
Analysis and supervision of the FEED activities of the subcontractor Support to the PM for managing the subcontractor Management of the budget and related documentation Management and coordination of technical activities, taking corrective actions if necessary Monitoring workloads and project progress Supporting the PM during periodic meetings to assess the situation and resolve any interdisciplinary issues and to validate/consolidate engineering development Requirements: Technical degree or equivalent training Several years of previous experience in Project Management roles in the Oil & Gas/Offshore plant sector Knowledge of 3D CAD modeling Professional proficiency in the English language Willingness to relocate to Kazakhstan for the duration of the assignment (15/18 months) Compensation package: Fixed-term contract - relocation pack with guaranteed returns.
