Job Description:Jobtech, an entirely digital employment agency, is looking for a Site Project Engineer for a historic and structured company specialized in the Oil & Gas sector.
The candidate will be involved in an important plant project located in Kazakhstan (Caspian Sea coast) , with an estimated project duration of 15-18 months, after which the individual will be permanently placed at the technical office located in Assago (MI).
The resource, reporting to the Project Manager, will be responsible for supervising and coordinating feasibility studies (FEED - Front End Engineering Design) and preliminary design.
Specifically, the individual will be responsible for:
Analysis and supervision of the FEED activities of the subcontractor Support to the PM in managing the subcontractor Management of the budget and related documentation Management and coordination of technical activities, taking corrective actions if necessary Monitoring workloads and project progress Support to the PM during periodic meetings to assess the situation and resolve any interdisciplinary issues and validate/consolidate engineering development Requirements: Technical degree or equivalent training Several years of experience in Project Management roles in the Oil & Gas/Offshore plant sector Knowledge of 3D CAD modeling Professional proficiency in English Willingness to relocate to Kazakhstan for the duration of the project (15-18 months) Compensation Package: Fixed-term contract - relocation package with guaranteed returns
