Job Description:Oil & Gas Jobtech, an entirely digital employment agency, is seeking a Site Project Engineer for a historic and structured company specialized in the Oil & Gas sector.
The candidate will be involved in a significant plant project located in Kazakhstan (Caspian Sea coast), with an estimated project duration of 15/18 months, after which the candidate will be permanently placed at the technical office located in Assago (MI).
The resource, reporting to the Project Manager, will be responsible for supervising and coordinating feasibility studies (FEED - Front End Engineering Design) and preliminary design.
Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for:
Analysis and supervision of the FEED activities of the subcontractorSupport to the PM in managing the subcontractorManagement of the budget and related documentationManagement and coordination of technical activities, taking corrective actions if necessaryMonitoring workload and project progressSupport to the PM during periodic meetings to assess the situation and resolve any interdisciplinary issues and to validate/consolidate engineering developmentRequirements:
Technical degree or equivalent trainingSeveral years of previous experience in Project Management roles in the Oil & Gas/Offshore plant sectorKnowledge of 3D CAD modelingProfessional knowledge of the English languageWillingness to relocate to Kazakhstan for the duration of the project (15/18 months)Compensation package: fixed-term contract - relocation package with guaranteed returns
