We're currently looking for a Site Quality Engineer to join our M Renewables team in Italy, part of our subsidiary METKA EGN. Your role will encompass:The Site Quality Engineer (SQE) provides to supervise all inspection activities as per applicable Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). The SQE liaises with the SQM (Sites Quality Manager) and with the Quality Manager for all quality issues raised on site. Checks the correspondence of the items between the packing list and the purchase order requirements. Checks quantity, markings, labels, nameplates (if applicable) and the correctness of relevant data filled into them. Visual inspection of the protections, paintings, coatings. Checks all certificates required by the purchase order and by applicable ITP, as well as, those required by the applicable product standard, technical specifications, work instructions and in general required by project documents.

Such certificates shall be complete of all required data and must be kept according to the quality records management procedure requirements. Checks of dimensional inspections certificates that must satisfy the reference drawings and must be sampled as per ITP or standard requirements. Checks of calibration certificates of instruments used to perform the tests and inspections. Checks the welding procedure specifications (WPS), qualifications (PQR) and welder qualification (WPQ), where applicable. Checks the Non Destructive Examination (NDE) certificates (including the personnel qualifications). Checks of Functional acceptance tests (FAT) certificates. Any further examination or test required by the project requirements and/or by the customer and/or by the DL. Notifies the inspections to the customer / contractor or third-party representative. Issues the NCR by use of the related applicable form. Reviews and signs the checklists and test reports released by Site Engineers as required in the applicable ITP. Keeps update the project quality document registers. Collects the pictures as evidence of the inspections/tests performedWhat you bring to the role:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
