Client Description:

This is an interesting opportunity to join a digital company. The Global Infrastructure is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (for us, this is a DevOps Engineer focussed on performance).

Responsibilities:

- Continuous improvements to the observability of systems including, logging, monitoring and alerting

- Identify complex areas of infrastructure and code that require refactoring and technical debt and ensure these are addressed as appropriate

- Incident management, problem resolution, blameless postmortems and root cause analysis

- Management of network architecture

- Management, configuration, and automation of security platforms

- Design and build infrastructure solutions to support existing and emerging products

- Develop guidelines and support documentation

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a network security/reliability role, having developed a strong grasp of networking, security, and reliability fundamentals

- You have strong experience and knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure - You have experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform, - Cloudformation, ARM Templates and/or Cloud Development Manager

- Experience and a fundamental understanding of CICD practices, as well as Agile methodologies and practices

- You speak and write English fluently, you will be working with international teams Nice to have - You've previously worked in a startup/scaleup environment - Experience in operationally supporting cloud native microservices

- Experience with Datadog

- Experience with OpsGenie

- You speak and write Italian
