As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Engineering department is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to support our growth.

Together with the rest of the team, the SRE is responsible for the availability, performance, monitoring, and incident response of our cloud-based services.

This role is based in our Mendrisio HQs in Switzerland. If this sounds like you, read on.

In this role you will:

Build and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure and related servicesBuild solutions to enhance the availability, performance, and stability of our servicesPromote and implement automated solutions across application deployment, maintenance, and operational activitiesTroubleshoot issues across the entire stack, from network and OS to applicationsPerformance tuning and optimization of cloud services, including cost-saving strategiesParticipate in periodic on-call rotational dutiesDrive post-incident analysis according to our no-blame cultureBuild or adopt monitoring tools and automation to increase efficiency of all teamsTo be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

Proven professional experience as SRE, DevOps, or Cloud engineerStrong hands-on experience with KubernetesHands-on experience with at least one cloud provider (preferably AWS)Good knowledge and understanding of at least one programming language (Ruby, Python, Go)Experience defining infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormationExperience in the definition of CI/CD pipelines using technologies like Jenkins, GHA, or similarAbility to operate in settings with strong confidentiality and data privacy protocolsGood written and verbal communication skillsWho we are and what we stand for: Nozomi Networks is the leader in OT and IoT Cybersecurity.
