Mission: Join Qonto as a Site Reliability Engineer focused on Observability to build a company-wide framework to observe our applications and infrastructure, detect waste, prevent incidents, and provide useful insights to improve performance, cost, and reliability. As a Site Reliability Engineer - Observability at Qonto, you will:Develop robust alerting systems and refine our incident management process to minimize downtime and maintain our SLAs. Enable the Tech Department teams to leverage the Observability Framework to gather data-based insights, helping them make the right decisions. Design, build, and maintain our observability platform, providing Qonto with metrics, logs, and traces, and ensuring it scales with the growing complexity of our system. About You:You have coding skills in Golang and are familiar with cloud services like AWS and container technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker. Your experience with Terraform has given you a solid foundation in infrastructure as code, which is essential for maintaining our systems. You can autonomously tackle issues with a proactive mindset, always ready to dive into problem-solving without needing a push. Your familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana will be key to building and refining our monitoring systems.
