Your role Site Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and supervising installation works and commissioning of a plant (or part of it). In particular, he / she: Coordinates and supervises activities of local workers and other colleagues involved in the site works and collaborates with them in the assembly of machines and lines in an operational role. Ensures activities are performed following safety procedures. Creates reports for site progress status and reports site critical issues. Ensures site activities are kept on track according to defined installation schedule. Performs training for customers using provided technical documents and training on the field. Performs inspections of existing equipment to assess conditions and make a list of parts to be replaced/maintained. Skills: Understanding of technical drawings and layout. Ability to use measuring tools to mark equipment floor positioning. Ability to use installation tools (e. g. , screwdriver, drilling machine, grinding machine, wrenches, etc. ). Ability to use PC including MS Office. Good leadership skills. Open-mindedness and problem-solving attitude. Strong flexibility. Good communication and relationship skills with customers, colleagues, and local workers. Good ability to work under pressure and adapt to different situations. Your profile: Good knowledge of English, spoken and written. Excellent technical English. At least 5 years' experience in supervision of mechanical assembly of industrial equipment.
