YOUR TEAM You will be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to carry out the research.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: Supervise the works in compliance with the provisions established in the special tender specifications. Carry out regular site inspections on the Institute's premises, both for works and for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, supervising the progress of the works. Check the business activities, the calculation documentation and the progress of the works. Analyze and manage the authorization documentation (building permits, communications to safety bodies, fire prevention, etc.

). Monitor the progress of orders. Support the testing phases. Maintain relations with the technical staff of the companies and the professionals appointed by IIT (DL, DO, CSE, etc.

). Check the project tables. Support the activities of the Design and Construction Office. Support the activities of the Operations and Maintenance Office. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Diploma or Degree in the technical field. Knowledge of the Procurement Code Legislative Decree 36/23 and of the TU 81/08. Excellent knowledge of applications for drafting graphic projects (Autocad) and bills of quantities. Knowledge of the management of building practices. Experience in the planning, management and organization of construction sites, preferably within scientific research institutes, in particular in the field of public procurement. Good knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of the main Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Accuracy and good ability to analyze and search for information. ADDITIONAL SKILLS Knowledge and practice of BIM. Strong orientation to problem solving. Strong motivation to learn and improve. Excellent time management and ability to prioritize assigned activities. Ability to work in a challenging and international environment. Ability to work both individually and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary and intercultural environment. COMPENSATION PACKAGE Competitive salary package for international standards.
