Experience

Completion of a technical school program or on-the-job training under a qualified person.

Four or more years of various types of general maintenance work.

General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

3.

Skilled in more than two areas of maintenance/engineering.

Licensure/Certification

1.

None.

Interpersonal Requirements

Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
