Working closely with engineering, sales, and R&D teams, you'll define strategies, capture user needs, and oversee the development and launch of pioneering solutions. And with access to a newly built SpacePark facility, you'll have the resources and team support needed to excel. What You'll Be Doing:Crafting strategies to enhance small-satellite platforms and avionics systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage product lifecycles from concept to launch. Conducting market analysis to identify trends, track competitors, and anticipate potential disruptions. Leading product presentations and representing the team at conferences and industry events. Supporting R&D efforts and aligning technological advancements with business objectives. Engaging with global space agencies, defense organizations, and key aerospace stakeholders to foster strong, long-term relationships. What We're Looking For:Proven experience in product management, with a strong technical foundation in small satellites. Expertise in avionics systems and familiarity with space standards like ECSS, CCSDS, or MIL standards. A track record of successful product launches and experience managing cross-functional projects.
