Small Tractors Program Manager

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Solution finder and support for all functions to detail the actions and projects included in the Platform strategy regarding New Product Launches and ongoing product monitoring.
Owner of major KPIs as Time to Market, Quality, Margin targets, ISO norming, FMEA/Design reviews and metrics to follow progress, define priorities, keep tracking the progress, ensure consistency with Financial metrics (Actuals/Budget).
Proactive driver for Platform and supporting Business as Manufacturing, Product Development and Quality.
The position reports directly to the Platform Manager
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pull information together for status updates, milestone reviews, readiness reviews, interfacing with the Platform team members ad supporting Business.
- Manage the schedule and monitor the progress of the activities securing the delivery of the expected results according to the original plan (Investment, BOM, new part release status, specifications, FMEA plan, test plans, sourcing plan, Manufacturing Process Plan, PPAP Plan, etc.
)
- Identify risks, roadblocks and propose solutions - escalating to the Platform Management.
- Ensure alignment of functions and partners to drive critical topics and elaborate recovery/contingency plan.
- Prepare project updates and maintain project documentation.
- Drive the ongoing product care from launch to launch with solid project management and social skills.
- Support AMS-activities and customer care problem solving.
- Build a bridge between technical knowledge and financial impacts.
Sparring and driver for New Product Launch inside Manufacturing and early stages of Product Development.
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technical Bachelor or Master-Degree with financial emphasis
- Demonstrated experience in managing Programs within and for Capital Goods Industry
- Experienced Project Management skills
- Agricoltural Machinery knowledge
- Motivated self-starter who can relate well to a diverse multidiscipline development team
- Self-motivated, independently able to manage workload, excellent time management skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking
- Ability to work multi -task in a high volume, fast-pace work environment
- Organized and project management experience (KPI definition and monitoring)
- Good verbal & written communication skills at all levels from shopfloor to senior management
- Good interpersonal and skills - able to demonstrate good team player skills
- Background in the Agriculture/Farming environment desirable
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
)
- Can-do attitude, team player and ability to work with mínimal supervision, taking lead roles where necessary.
- Be customer focused and results oriented
- Be very flexible, and able to work under pressure
- Language requirements: primary Italian and English, other could be a plus.
