RINA is currently recruiting for a Smart Infrastructure Project Manager to join its office in Rome or Livorno within the Italy Infrastructure & Mobility Division.
Key Accountabilities:
Project Management: Develop project plans outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables; define project tasks and resource requirements; create and maintain project schedules.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to ensure project alignment with their needs.
Team Management: Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery.
Budget Management: Oversee project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies; proactively address issues that may impact project delivery.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that the project meets quality standards and client expectations; implement and enforce quality control processes.
Contract Management: Understand and manage contract terms and conditions; ensure that the project complies with contractual obligations.
Communication: Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and other stakeholders; conduct regular project meetings to discuss progress, issues, and solutions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Education: Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Engineering.
