What you will be doing The Business Developer enables and supports the sale of Ricoh Smart Lockers solutions to customers. Listens to customer needs and proposes Ricoh solutions, explaining how they can improve customer processes and efficiency. Involved in negotiations supporting the Account Manager around the offer, pricing, and other contractual terms, e. g. , installation and warranties. Generates new business leads through networking and promotional activities, while updating technical knowledge and skills regularly. Advises clients on new and existing Smart Lockers solutions. Maintains a balance between achieving sales and revenue targets while ensuring customer expectations on cost, functionality, and quality are met. Able to think "out of the box, " with creativity and rationality to organize activities and be concrete on business. Keeps up-to-date with trends and developments in the specific industry. You will ideally have At least 3 years of experience in ICT industry solution selling, market knowledge, independent account management, and forecasting. Fluent in English with good presentation skills and a value selling approach.
