In the context of a factory for the assembly of electromechanical products, part of a multinational group, SLIMPA SPA (KONE group) are looking for a Smart Manufacturing Engineer based in Cadrezzate con Osmate (VA).

In this role, he/she will be responsible for designing and coding functional programs and applications as well as developing functional testing systems for electromechanical subsystems.

ResponsibilitiesTranslate application use cases into functional applications. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. Collaborate with development and IT teams to manage the digital factory environment. Responsible for following best practices around testing, defect tracking, test suite maintainability, and quality. Create testing solutions that can be reused effectively and efficiently. Implement functional testing systems from R&D test specifications. SkillsProficient in C#, with a good knowledge of. NET framework ecosystem. Knowledge of NI LabView. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design and architectural patterns. Familiarity with RDBMS (MS SQL Server) and SQL language to be able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes. Familiar with code versioning tools (Git). Excellent ability to read electrical and electronic diagrams. Good knowledge of testing procedures and technologies. Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies and procedures. Digital CompetencesDigitalFlow – Data model IT ArchitectureData analytics and Data visualizationProfessional RequirementsAt least 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing processes. Bachelor's degree in computer science or electronic engineering. Work as part of the manufacturing solution team. Strong commitment to support production requirements.
