Our Account Management team owns and manages our restaurant relationships.
As Deliveroo continues to scale, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants - aside from providing best-in-class support, we are restaurant consultants that use data-driven insight and industry knowledge to drive our partner restaurants' growth.
The AMs are a passionate, dynamic group of team players that work well together and cross functionally with other departments. . . and of course, they're fun, personable, and great at building relationships!
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of key restaurants with a focus on building lasting relationships and increasing profitability / revenue
- Monitoring and analysing the performance, preparing and presenting partner performance review meetings with key stakeholders
- Owning and managing operational meetings and reviews, building and delivering insight during monthly and quarterly reviews
- Increasing revenue and health metrics by consulting restaurant partners on best practice
- Identify opportunities to deepen and grow the relationships with key restaurant partners by involving and working cross functionally with other parts of the Deliveroo business
- Working with cross functional departments to drive business growth (Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Corporate)
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years experience in account management or sales.
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent attention to detail, people skills and organisation skills
- Ability to create and maintain long term relationships
- A self-starter as we'll look for you to manage your own time and priorities
- Must be fluent in English
